Shipping

After receiving the payment, orders are packaged and dispatched from our warehouses in Asia, the USA, and Europe.

We mostly ship with UPS or DHL. Depending on the destination, it’s possible to send parcels with other shipping companies, e.g. DPD, Royal Mail, etc.

A tracking number is provided for all orders. Most direct shipments can be expected to arrive within 10 to 15 business days. The delivery time may be extended for remote delivery locations, or due to special services, requests, etc.

  • Europe and UK (customs clearance included): within 15 to 20 business days
  • Middle East (customs clearance included): within 12 to 15 business days
  • USA (customs clearance included): within 15 to 20 business days
  • Australia: within 8 to 10 business days
  • Israel: within 10 to 18 business days
  • Singapore: within 8 to 10 business days
